Hello Moonlanders!
We have incredibly exciting news to share! Last Saturday, Magi-Nation Duel launched a Patreon! Come support your local MND artists as they draw art for new cards and upcoming expansions! We're just trying this out to gauge interest and see what works best for folks, but our current tiers are as follows:
Tier 1: Just Want to Support
Tier 2: Moonlander
Tier 3: Shape the Moonlands
Tier 4: Sponsor Framing of a Card
If you notice, Tier 4 already has two slots taken up, and we want to give a special shout out to those Patrons who have requested the Timber Bisiwog and Baa to be framed and uploaded to Lackey CCG for playtesting over the next month!
The general pattern for the Patreon will be as follows: For those signed up for the Moonlander Tier and above, a new art will drop every week, while those just supporting or abstaining will get access to that art piece three months later. This is to reward our Patrons with early access to art, to see what the art team has been cooking, and to get a buzz going for the projects in the wings and the upcoming expansions we're working on.
We ask Patrons to not share the work before it is publicly available, as that defeats the point of a Patreon.
We've already gotten a lot of support, and with all the memberships we now have the ability to fully fund one new piece of art every month! That helps alleviate some of the strain on our artists, and helps to push us closer to releasing the next expansion set and booster boxes!
Speaking of, last announcement we had a poll on which booster box you'd like to see released next, and with a total of 142 votes, Hailstorm came out on top with 61% of the tally! Our team is already working on selecting which cards will go in the set, which will consist of Arderial, Nar, and Orothe. Thanks to everyone who voted! We'd love to hear what cards you'd like to see rereleased, so hop on over to our Discord server or comment on this update to let your voice be heard!

We have a big update to announce, so please bear with us as we go through all the neat things that have been happening with the project.
Kickstarter Rewards: At this point all physical rewards have been marked complete, including regular card decks from all thirteen regions, foil decks from all thirteen regions, card sleeves, Weebo dice, deck carrying cases, regular promo cards, foil promo cards, region pins, metal cards, neoprene playmats, region posters, metal Moonlands maps, 3D printed Ormagons, and booster boxes.
WOOT! That's a lot.
On top of all physical rewards, any replacement requests have also been fulfilled, so if there are any pending requests or if you seem to be missing anything, please contact [email protected] and [email protected] to get it resolved.
Background Pack: Those that ordered the Background Pack should have received thirteen full background art pieces that can be used as desktop or phone backgrounds in their email. Receiving the Background Pack does not limit your use of the art for strictly background usage. You can use them for anything non-commercial! Printouts, tracing, posters, etc. The uses are endless and only limited by your imagination.
Please note, with this Background Pack we ask that you do not feed the images into an AI software. Interactive Imagination does not condone the use of AI art and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
MND TTRPG: The Magi-Nation Duel Tabletop Role-Playing Game has completed its initial playtesting. New Fiction Stories: We are excited to announce that the newly established Lore Team has been hard at work and are ready to publish the first two new stories involving the Magi-Nation! The first story is Come On Inn, a Glimpses tale written by Sharpe Thorne, while the second tale contains the first three parts to A Cold Welcome, written by Paul Wyatt (VermillionDe). We are incredibly honored to have their penmanship contribute to the world and characters of Magi-Nation, continuing to grow the world that has captured our attention since the early 2000s.
The text versions of the stories will be available in the Lore section of Rayje's Gym Locker, while we are currently working on illustrated versions that we hope to release within the near future.
Animite Shop: We are also happy to announce the return of the Animite Shop! This is a special store in which you can trade your hard earned animite from tournaments, deck boxes, and booster packs for cards! We'll put the shop's animite trade-in values at the end of this announcement. Decks of Many Things Kickstarter: Some of you may be aware of the Decks of Many Things Kickstarter that is being run by our friends at the Arcanist's Armory. Two of our Magi-Nation artists are a part of the project, Wendy Loredo and Kharem Paredes. Rich Werner and Matt Holmberg have also agreed to team up on a set of a Magi themed deck of cards (some of which may even become promo MND cards!) if they reach a stretch goal of $5,000. They only need $350 left to reach that goal, so if you haven't already, go check it out and support our local Magi-Nation artists!

Well, folks, we are happy to announce that the final Kickstarter pledge has been packed and shipped. At this point, everyone should have received a tracking number from USPS or UPS, except for those of you in Europe, who will receive instructions from Word Forge Games. If you haven’t received a message concerning your package, we recommend checking your spam folder or other filters before sending a message to [email protected].
If you were one of the 14 backers who did not complete your survey, your order will be cancelled, as we cannot fulfill it without your information. As compensation, you will receive a gift card to the Arcanist’s Armory equivalent to your pledge amount sent to the email on record. If you have already reached out, but did not receive a resolution, please follow up now so that the fulfillment team has time to verify things and correct any mistakes before the end of the year if possible.

December Shipping Update!

Hello Moonlanders!
Sending an update on the status of shipping!
We are currently under 250 orders left to ship, from an original number of 1,088! That leaves us with less than 23% fulfillment to finish! We saw a strong surge in the beginning, but as orders progressed that required more complicated pulls or packages to ship, we’ve been forced to slow down a bit. Unfortunately, this makes a goal hard to determine, so we are unwilling to commit to a hard deadline (though we at least hope to have everything out by 2026, which will still put us a year ahead of schedule from the original Kickstarter Project Fulfillment Deadline by End of 2026, and we think that’s pretty neat!).
For those of you hoping to get your cards by Christmas, and who may not, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment this may cause. We do ask that you not request special accommodations, as picking out individual orders to ship will increase the time for everyone else to get their cards. Fortunately, to help us complete fulfillment, Lead Artist Matt Holmberg has graciously lent a hand, shipping himself out to Utah to help ship the rest of the packages to their owners!
For European orders, two of the six packages were delayed or lost in customs. We have reshipped those packages and received confirmation this morning from our fulfillment center, Word Forge Games, that they are in hand and accounted for, meaning that the center will be shipping all European orders starting Monday.
Despite the trials and tribulations, it’s been a joyous process packing everyone’s cards up and sending them to their destinations. Seeing everyone post their loot in the Discord server and Reddit subreddit has been nothing short of a dream. We encourage everyone to keep posting their findings with what foils and rares they have in their decks and packs. It’s all been very exciting!!
As an addendum, there are a few things brewing backstage that we hope to unveil soon. What are they? We don’t know! But we might! In a few weeks!
